No to autocratic rule

A good leader promotes the democratic form of governance. In the case of Mayor Benjie Lim we see an autocratic rule preventing the citizens to prosper and our beloved Dagupan City as well.
He should hold caucus and gather recommended ideas as to why a certain project be constructed or not and meet in the middle to satisfy both parties in a win-win situation.
To say “NO” is an to prevent the person from doing something. Why not talk first and be open to the concepts and make necessary adjustments in the execution of the projects.
I am not in one way or the other leaning on anyone for what I am talking. I am for everyone as a one big family as a Dagupenos at heart. Democracy is the best style of leadership. And it benefits everybody. Autocracy is applied for stubborn citizens of not following city ordinances, this style is applicable if the democratic rule is not effective. It is the last result.
