Useless signs

Imported meat flood Dagupan:
Strict regulations and testing for salmonella or E. coli will not deter the poor Filipino consumers if their overriding concern is not satisfied-PRICE.
The 230 pesos per kilo pork meat is about $2.27 per pound which is more expensive than in most part of the USA. The 160 pesos imported frozen pork meat is about $1.58 per pound or only 2/3 of the freshly slaughtered meat, so Fernandez’ recommendation to put up signs is useless.
Is Fernandez not selling frozen meat at her CSI stores?
