Re: Have ’em on their toes

Mr. Ambrosio De Vera:

I’m not questioning Mr. Ynzon’s indictment of the Registrar’s Office in Lingayen. I am questioning how poorly executed. In a scale of 1 to 10 he’s up there on a 9.

The remaining 1, is something to be dealt with kid gloves. These are the few who do their jobs with dedication to public service.

These are the unsung heroes in a whirlpool of deceit and corruption, but the remainder let’s discuss.

Case in point: Everybody can feel and smell . . . once you passed door of the Office of the Registrar in Lingayen . . . the stench of malfeasance, of grease in the air. The paperwork you wanted processed, if you want it done quick, is to deal with a – runner, if you will – who has the right connections inside for a fee.

As of late, the Office of the Registrar, is in the center of controversy. How it’s happening boggles the mind!

Unscrupulous people with connections are on the rampage. Pieces of real estate are being transferred, titled and sold without the real owners knowing their properties went to the dogs.

Without the knowledge of the head honcho?

Unbelievable!

Any document specially a Deed of Title, should be countersigned by the registrar or the asst. registrar for the books. To falsify this document without their knowledge is beyond logic, unless a gazillion amount money, is involved, like what Mr. Ynzon was talking about.

Note: If the owner lost the original title he/she will have to petition the courts. That’s how hard and expensive it is.

When this situation arises, the owners would have a nightmare getting the property back.

Well, the venue taken by these crooks, is to apply for a loan from a bank, the stolen property as collateral. This is where everything go south.

The loan officer in connivance with its assessment inspector will approve the sexed-up-loan-applied for a share of the loot.

In local banking parlance . . . a forget loan.

And the Rural Banks or any bank took a dive holding an empty bag.

The axis of evil (Dubya); The Thief . . . the Registrar . . . the Bank.

Mr. De Vera, if you have time – hell make time – visit the offices of LTO, the Capitol, the Registrar’s, the DPWH and behold the cars parked infront – the wonders of present day politics!

They’re owned mostly by the rats inside not by the gullible public.
