RE: Gabriela Property
The property lies along Gabriela St., Tondo Manila near Tutuban Mall with 60 meters frontage with an area of 1200 sqm. It could easily fetch for 20 million but City Hall offers only a measly 1 million pesos, at this confiscatory price? No way Jose.
This lot belongs to 46 first-degree cousins since Fiscal Atanacio Ombac and Dona Irene Rayos Ombac are childless. My aunt executed a deed of sale to one of my sisters who held it in trust for all the heirs but one of our nephews (son of my cousin) started sending death threats. My aunt died without distributing her estate so my cousins executed a deed of sale in favor of eight people representing 8 brothers and sisters of my late aunt.
This second deed of sale was really fake since the notary public attorney would only sign it at the right price to the tune of 40 thousand pesos (5K for each name on the title) dahil nakataya raw ang lisensiya niya.
My brother questioned the authenticity of the documents and went to the NBI for handwriting experts. DOJ has memos that in cases like this they need the assistance of NBI for validations of signature/s.
The fiscal who handled this case was lawyer of Raffy Ombac (brother of Fiscal Ombac) so it is impossible that he does not know the signature of my aunt or he knows that is why he refuses to endorse to NBI.
Sa fiscals office pa lang niluluto na. The appeal in DOJ reached the State Prosecutors office and the finding of the fiscal was sustained. NAPEPEPET SO KATUAAN.
A final appeal was filed and the Provincial Prosecutor Office inhibited themselves and was sent to regional prosecutors office with the same conclusion although the fiscal admitted that she is not a handwriting expert. Duh!!!
Ask the NBI who has the expertise. Does DOJ run like an old boys club who protect each other’s back? Palakasan ba ito?
