Depending what tent you are under, the 50-yr flood nowadays are different depending from the Gore and Bush Camps you are listening or reading. Even the scientists are divided so you might want to start moving to safer grounds away from your heaven in OK. You will miss the cool escape from the hot OK desert wind and fishing though.
Remember, just like in the Philippines, determining how safe your humongous earthen dam is based on how much money could be afforded today. Just like you said before it goes from one presidential realities (FVR to Arroyo) to the next. Was your earthen dam predictions done a decade ago or another one revised by the Gore scientist? It might be awhile before Nature reveals its truth, that you may find out when it is too late.
