Mr. Jose Ceralde,

Thanks for your ‘heads up’ advice. I’m planning to move to a higher ground location, away from the earth dam where I live.

It’s my love for outdoor life of fishing, deer hunting, kayaking and swimming plus the cool view of the area that is keeping me to stay on. I’m about done welding an unsinkable boat made of welded cylindrical containers (elliptical in shape like a kayak configuration). Pretty good size for me and my wife.

For test, my friends in the neighborhood planned to float and release it (loaded with food rations, water, safety harness and equivalent weight for 2 persons) at the tail end of the drain channel of the dam. It’s better prepared for any flood eventuality than sorry.
