Dagupan, a safe place

Dear Mr. Joel F.,
I am a concerned citizen of Pangasinan particularly of Dagupan City and so sad to read your column on the Bangusan Festival that held last month.
I also hope that those people who are responsible for the safety of the people or say the event will do something for a better Bangus Festival next year.
Dagupan City is a safe place. Bring more friends and your family next year, if not, in coming years.
The people behind the event did and are doing their best.
