Another stupid policy

DA’s pledge to help the “fish cage” operators or fishpen operators which are illegal and the cause of massive fish kills is a stupid policy.
The operators are not entitled to this assistance, the legitimate fishpond owners are. How about the school children with no rooms and yet GMA was stupidly showing the school children how to properly wash their hands yet there are inadequate toilet facilities in most schools.
What is the good Secretary of Health doing about schools that sometimes have no toilet facilities? No guts to tell GMA?
Health and Education are two most under-funded departments. The answer is very simple: Hindi sila magkakapera ng malaki sa mga departamentong iyan dahil marami ang kaparti diyan-mga barangay, clowncilors, mayors, tongressmen, governors, at iba pa.
