Incompetence vs.Miranda rule

Mr. Ceralde,

Miranda rule entitles the accused to have a lawyer present during questioning (or interrogation). That being stated, Failon or anybody else does not have the right to have a lawyer present with him in other than during questioning and during court procedures.

Heck, had you seen any of the accused here in the USA with their lawyers being transported in a police vehicle?

Most people already know how corrupt and incompetent most of the PNP personnel are. Don’t confuse that with Miranda rule.
