We know the guy that you’re talking about, he is really good and intelligent.
I remember Dr. Rodolfo John Ortiz Teope, during the days where there was the “Debate with Mare at Pare” in Channel 7. He really talks with substance on all issues regarding political reforms. But it is unfortunate that young man has no plans of entering government.
The last time I heard about him after his stint in San Mateo was that he is devoting his time studying for a 5th doctorate degree and teaching in the academe.
