Indeed SpinOff is very much like a Boneless Bangus. What he did to the two education superintendents is something not expected from a so-called decorated police officer.

I thought he was better than fat-ass-do-nothing Agbayani and Uurong-urong Orbos. All of them do not have the guts to dismantle those illegal fish pens. I hope Spinoff did not issue the firearms and will leave those Barangay officials hanging dry when they are in the same situation as the education superintendents.

Can’t trust anyone like him or JDV who are like AC-DC.
