When can we have an ‘Obama’?

I think there’s some truth about the statement of Archbishop Cruz about the performance rating of PGMA at -32%. If you work in the US Federal Service and you obtained a performance rating below marginal, say -32%, you’re summarily fired long time ago. To stay in the service, you should obtain a successful rating or better.
Where I work at (US Army Corps of Engrs), a Mapua grad, we’re rated from exceptional, successful and marginal. For exceptional, you’ll receive a monetary award.
PGMA has too many lapses: ZTE, fertilizer scam, too many useless junkets, ‘hello garci’, makaPidal, her 2 sons winning superlottos to cover up broiling corruptions, didn’t even convene a meeting with coastguard to refloat Superferry at the height of a typhoon with so many lives lost, visited 2 villages on a fly-by in Quezon province buried deep by an avalanche but didn’t do anything, etc.
PGMA legacy to the nation is not to run beyond 2010 to let others with brighter ideas like Obama to fix the economy still in a doldrums. When can we have an effective leader like Obama when he said: “if you squander my stimulus package, I will call out your name and put you to shame”.
