What mining resources?

Mr. Ceralde:
Baraan’s (Mr. Alibi) alibi for the need to build seaports and airports is that the province has plenty of metallic and non-metallic resources. That is pure BS.
Assuming that there are such resources, first thing that must be done is to conduct technical, environmental and economic feasibility study that will determine the quality and the mine-able quantity, the required infrastructure such as access roads, shipping port, and utilities, and the environmental impact and potential hazards to the community.
May we ask Baraan a simple question? What is the metal that Baraan is talking about that necessitates a large shipping port? Why not just process it in Pangasinan so that more jobs are created in Pangasinan if indeed there are such resource and not just BS.
I smell something very fishy with this announcement of the Great BARAAN.
