The Dagupan model: Gin not beer

Water anywhere in the world is getting to the point where it costs a lot more than gas. So if it costs more and UNSAFE then we should follow the European model during their cycle of pollution but with a Dagupan twist.
Drink alcholic gin instead of beer and have Fiesta of the North (buwikin) instead of Oktoberfest.
