Suggestions for clams & 100 Isles

Mayor Braganza, you can leave the giant clams in the ocean bed as long as the depth is 5 feet or deeper. Hide them among lava rocks, head-sized stones and underwater growth or kelps. Clams become visible only when their shells are wide open. Poachers can take them out only if they strap themselves with buoyancy compensator.
When I worked at the Kwajalein Missile Range near Eniwetok (atomic bomb test site) I tried to sneak one clam out without a compensator and I found it impossible. A 30-lb clam is too heavy to wade it ashore. A fresh clam meat is good sashimi dipped in a Toyomansi.
For Hundred Island to become popular tourist attraction, suggest Mayor Braganza provide portable toilets and that swim and snorkel areas be cleaned of underwater growth and kelps barricaded with yellow colored marine ropes. The area should be manned by a baywatch or a lifeguard with CPR certification.
