Remove the illegal fishpens

I sincerely hope the mayor will remove all squatters including those illegally occupying the rivers (fishpens) and its banks.
Dagupan can still be a desirable tourist destination if it can solve the flooding, sanitation and environmental problems. It is sad to see those legitimate fishpond owners selling their fishponds to be converted into housing subdivisions just because of the illegal fishpens.
