Only for the needy, not the greedy

Kudos to Mayor Al Fernandez, the City Council and City Engr. Rosario fighting it out against all well-connected, rich and powerful politicians and businessmen occupying illegal house lots at Bonuan Binloc.
Prioritize lots only to Tondaligan residents who are truly needy and not to the real greedy. Mayor Macanlalay has all the means to buy a choice-lot elsewhere along the coastline of Bonuan if he wants to.
If the Korean developer and contractor is successful in his bid to build the fish processing plant, suggest ask them what more they can do to develop Bonuan as a tourist Mecca in Central Luzon. Maybe they can give the Bonuan Golf Course (I call it the old course of St. Andrews of Scotland) a facelift, stunning enough to lure avid Korean golfers to skip their punishing 6-month winter. It could be like the successful Paoay Golf Course and Taiwan trading partnership in the area of sports and entertainment.
The fish processing plant will be a boon to the economic development of Bonuan. The Bonuan fish belly and Bonuan baby milkfish tinapa are selling like hot cakes in all our Filipino communities.
