Land-grabbing via fraudulent mapping

In Tondaligan Beach, there is a land grab going on sanctioned by payoff through Manila offices.

Two years ago, a Mr. Diaz who lives in the USA, claims that he owns all the land, from before the PNB bank to the radio station. He managed to change the previous mapping in the area via a Manila payoff.

Consequently, he claims I and others have no more right of way to the main road. Mr. Diaz has no proof that he ever legally owned the land. The last mayor and other prominent persons also claim parcels of land in the same location in Tondaligan.

And from an environment point of view, why did the city allow a 3-storey house or edifice to be built in this area? This concentration of housing and people poses a serious hazard and the pollution will become a nightmare for the city hall.

City engineers must study the consequences before allowing any building to be put there.
