Help for Sped kids

I am a special education practitioner here in Manila, (Mangatarem is my hometown). I’ve been in this profession since 1993, that’s after I finished BS Ed major in special education from the University of the Philippines.
I realize that not much from our province knows what special education is and a lot may still have wrong misconceptions about sped. With that I would like to offer my services to schools and organizations who may want to be introduced to the world of special education, know who the sped kids are and what services do they need. Parents with special needs may also consult with me. I will be in Pangasinan from April 15 to May 30 (but of course they can still email after that).
