The mayor of Dagupan City and the City agriculturist together with the other officials dismantling the illegal fishpens should be commended like the mayor of Binmaley.
Gov. SPIN on the other hand is not doing anything about it, yet he claims to be someone protecting the environment. Protecting some of the illegal activities like gambling and fishpens, I may believe him. After his yearly trips to USA for investments, no investment was reported to date. What a lie.
