Michelle Lioanag is not an environmental literate. She’s a tourism officer who has no clue about testing the water for pollution.

In fact she should support the idea of relocating the jail house that affect the tourism industry in Tondaligan Park.

Jesus Canto is absolutely right in regards to ECOLI bacteria presently incorporated in the sea water that is deadly if swallowed. We have to protect our people first who use the park.
