What are the requirements to join the bicycle race in Mangaldan? My understanding is, this race happens every year. Next year I would love to join.

Do I have to be present to register or can I do it on line? Is there any age limit? Also, can you tell me more about your sponsor program? I happen to know one of your sponsors based in Guam, Mr. F. Movida.
