You should not just question the waste being ejected from the city jail. You should also question that the BJMP is a squatter in the area. It is not enough that a sangguniang resolution be given.

There is a need to segregate the portion from the Tondaligan Park, a presidential proclamation. All others, except the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, are squatters in the area.
