A well deserved honor for FQD

Naming the Region 1 Medical Center in honor of former Secretary of Health and Pangasinan Governor Francisco Duque, Sr., is a long time coming.
It is a gesture, so dignified, to be given to a public servant, who we knew did not enrich himself from the public trough.
A man to which public service is . . . . a religion.
And to his children Ado, Nieva, Luz, Christina, Cesar, Gonzalo and Secretary Pingkoy . . . they should be proud of having such a father.
