I would like to get in contact with the author of the above article “Lingayen proposed as a Historical Site” posted in the Sunday Punch on November 19, 2006.

I am the 3rd son of Past Governor Sofronio C. Quimson who was mentioned in said article. I now live in San Francisco California.
