Mayor Velasco should be commended for his policy providing adequate toilet facilities for the school children. I hope he will extend that policy to the homes of his constituents.
Better yet if can provide assistance in the proper construction of toilet facilities so that the community’s sanitation is CIVILIZED and those in the downstream like Dagupan City will be able to fish along Pantal River.
Why did the top provincial SENRO GOV. SPIN not think about this?
