ANOTHER DRUNK-DRIIVING CASE
TWO died in a tragic car accident along the national highway in Barangay Pilar, Sta. Maria, 8:10 p.m., October 29.
P/S, Inspector Gilbert Ferrer, chief of police of Sta. Maria town, identified the victims as Sheldon Estrada, 37 years old, businessman and resident of Poblacion East in Sta. Maria and driver of the Hyundai Tucson and his passenger identified as Jesus Parciaga, 23.
While another passenger of the car identified as Domingo Estrada is in critical condition in a hospital.
Ferrer said the vehicle of the victims and a ten wheeler dump truck were both travelling in the same direction when the car crashed into the truck from behind that resulted in the instant deaths of Estrada and Parciaga.
The victims were found to be under the influence of liquor.
The authorities said the area where the accident happened is an accident prone area. (Nora Dominguez)
