Mr. Ceralde,

May I suggest to you to read up on Miranda? You’ll find that Miranda warning IS NOT required prior to one’s arrest. One can be under detention or arrest and UNTIL that person is interrogated or interviewed, Miranda warning is NOT required.

In the matter of PNP competency in police procedures, many of them are incompetents and criminals in uniform. Kotong cops if you ask me.

Let’s put this matter to rest. Move on.
