Mr. Jeremias Andrade Carrera,

Well, Jeremias, it’s time to be tough on Gov. Spines which I always call Espin-off.

That connotes more than the spines and cojones he could muster.

Is he flawed? You betcha!

Look at what he did at the Aquino and Torio gobbledygook. When he’s out front before the media he always flex his muscles . . . in reality no muscle just fat . . . to let everybody know he means business . . . with the do-nothing Provincial Board in his heels.

Voila! At the birthday soiree of Undersec Bebot Villar with . . . The Gloria . . . in attendance, he disappeared into the mist – meaning – DepEd Jesli Lapus was also there to attend a kangaroo cabinet meeting.

But lo and behold! He turned into not only a lamb, but a pushover. He didn’t have the macho to address the Aquino-Torio problem with the Secretary one-on-one.

Now, he’ll lick his wounds and take it with a spoonful of shit.

What a doozy!

Did you ever scrutinize the crown on his head lately?

Did it ever occur to you it’s a . . . TOUPEE?

If that’s what it is, then that’s what Pangasinan gets.
