This ‘Lakad Pulot Basura’ campaign for real?
Looking at the inner sanctum of implementation, it seems it’s only done that part of Lingayen beach at the environs of Urduja – the house (not a mansion) where Espin-off calls home.
This is done, as everyone can assumed, the members of the PNP doing their exercise routine to make them more efficient physically wise, but on the contrary they are utilized not on the job they are supposed to do.
The underlying problem, is this, which even Espin-off wouldn’t even dare to answer. If it can be done picking up garbage around Urduja, why not do it all the way to the White Beach at Bonuan?
Is it being carried, because Espin-off every time he wakes in the morning wanted to see the beach by his window, so immaculate, free from the clutter of mortals he so despised?
Where are the flunkies of the governor?
The Gang of Four, the Provincial Agriculturist, the Provincial Health Honcho, the do-nothing Provincial Board.
They should go out there by the beach collect garbage, as part of their daily morning health routine.
At least, they would be doing something for the public good.
