BASISTA—A 52-year-old in this town was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by police operatives in Sitio Pinalapa Barangay Dumpay here on Tuesday, August 23.

The suspect identified as Felipe “Pepe” De Guzman, listed as the 2^nd top drug personality wanted in the said barangay sold one sachet of shabu to a poseur buyer.

Another sachet of shabu and knife found in his possession were seized.

However, the suspect was initially brought in a nearby municipal health office and later transferred to Pangasinan Provincial Hospital (PPH) as he suffered dizziness due to hypertension. (Hilda Austria)
