Army soldier arrested for shabu
TAYUG–A member of the Philippine Army from Barangay Evangelista here was arrested by the Provincial Public Safety Mobile Company (PPSMC) of the police for illegal possession of a prohibited drug.
Michael Del Rosario, 33, was arrested while the police, led by Inspector Kurt Toyokan, was implementing Operation Bakal.
Seized from Del Rosario was one heat-sealed sachet containing about. 02 grams of shabu, one improvised aluminum foil totter, one aluminum strip and two disposable lighters.
A case for violation of Article II, Section11 and 12 of Republic Act 9165 is being prepared against him.
