“Tokhang merely establishes the identities of known drug pushers and users via civil police visit in their homes.” So, if the police know that these are drug pushers and users, why not arrest them??? Otherwise, this is just police harassment of citizens, which apparently an accepted practice by Filipinos. Why does the meida endorses this practice is beyond reason.
