“A LIFE WAS SAVED”

 

The hospital has been involved in a recent inquiry, the details of which we cannot disclose, because we do not want to violate the patient’s privacy. We are making an official statement to assure our patients who continue to trust us, that we uphold the highest professional ethical standards, and we abide by our oath as doctors to put our patients’ welfare first above anything else, the quality of care we have ensured for many generations.

We would like to shed light on the matter regarding a patient we received with an emergency, life-threatening situation. He was losing so much blood, and his limb was in real danger. He could lose his limb, or die, any minute, without the necessary medical treatment. He needed emergency surgery, requiring the expertise of surgical specialists. He was quickly transported from the emergency room to the operating room, to undergo a life-saving and limb-saving procedure. Without delay, he received the necessary treatment, and therefore “a life was saved”.

All throughout his treatment, we did not think of the fees. The condition of the patient was the priority. We adjust fees, whatever the case requires – the nature and complexity of the case, the expertise needed, and the surgical instruments used. We place great importance in continuously improving our hospital, so we can treat even the most difficult and complex cases with compassion and genuine love for our patients, without any thought of material gain.

Our long history ensures that every patient under our care is treated fairly and equally, and with dignity and respect. We continue to affirm this commitment to all our patients. Thank you for your unwavering trust and confidence.
