Curfew is for children’s protection

The curfew for minors in Dagupan City is protective in nature.
Our children are brought to their homes by barangay officials for their protection because President Duterte already warned that drug trafficking is a threat to national security. This is the reason why drugs syndicates are hauled to jail, maimed or killed.
Therefore, we need the curfew for minors in order to protect our children from drugs, and away from the raging war on drugs in the streets.
Our parents in Dagupan are enjoined to help and cooperate by imposing curfew on their kids at home.
