The time is come, to drastically do something about these fish pens, a four (4) year thorn in the MBTF administration.

There’s nothing to change in the coming of a new spring, new summer, new fall and most of all … a new winter.
New Year … could be the extension of the bad that happened last year. No changing that either!
Spring … is that part of the year flowers start to bloom, leaves coming out of trees, but if there’s drought all flowers all leaves are … kaput.
Summer … the devastating effect of spring and the unrelenting heat could dampened anybody’s spirit. All that’s green is brown and stagnant.
Autumn … falling leaves shed like tears of woman crying her heart out of the impending separation going to come what may.
Winter … the end of the end of the year enveloped in a devastating grasp of the unrelenting cold. The landscape awash in deep freeze dampens any expectation of change.
Resolutions? Changes?
