Re: your Punchline column last October 19, about the accident along Perez Blvd. and traffic enforcers being ineffective, I would also like to add that in the bus terminal area along Perez Blvd (Victory Liner, 5Star, Solid North), THERE IS NO SIDEWALK!!!

Victory Liner even had the gall to block the very little space that remains of the sidewalk (if you could even call it that) with its low-lying signage! IT IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE NATIONAL BUILDING CODE. I wish I could attach a photo here but the one I took with my phone wouldn’t do justice.

I fervently hope you could help spread the word not just in the locality I have mentioned but also in other places here in Pangasinan.
