What? Magic Group of Companies illegally built on government land? If this is the case then whoever issued the permit is at fault not the Magic. Unless those in city hall wore blinders during the time the building was being erected city hall is at fault. This is plain harassment, nothing else. Also, doesn’t the theory of Ex Post Facto apply? An ex post facto law (Latin for “from after the action” or “after the facts”) is a law that retroactively changes the legal consequences (or status) of actions that were committed, or relationships that existed, before the enactment of the law.
