Only one-third of the story

In the column of Gonzalo Duque,I n the Sunday Punch issue of Sept 28, 2014, he was full of praises to Madam Gina and Mayor Belen for the upgrading of Amado St. behind his school. But that is only one third (1/3) of the story because(3/4) three -fourth of Amado St., was never touched and remain dilapidated and flood prone. Only the street behind his school (LNU) was upgraded and not the whole Amado St.
