With many unemployed, trying to figure out where their next meal will come from, it’s nice to know that thanks to the mayor and Judge Mervin Jovito Samadan, they, with their compassion have shown that they have not forgotten welfare of the rats. As long as the mayor and her cohorts control the city, the rats will always have the MC Adore to live in. Dagupan is in need of jobs and tax revenue, Former Mayor Lim knew this, thus the sale of the MC Adore and other projects created to enhance the prospects of the city started. These project were stopped by Her Highness. Before her another NON BLOOD RELATED mayor also named Fernandez, did everything to screw up the fish processing plant. Former NON BLOOD RELATED Mayor Fernandez delayed the start of the construction by allowing the squatters of Sitio Russia to dictate what they should be given for land that they did not own. Then after that NON BLOOD RELATED Ex Mayor Fernandez further delayed the opening by fouling up the paper work. Former Mayor Lim ended up having to fix that up. Soon because of Former Mayor Lim’s knowledge of how to run a first class city, the world will know why Dagupan is the “Bangus Capital of the World.”
