Re: Architects present Dagupan urban renewal plan

Urban renewal for Dagupan City must be the infrastructure first before any building upgrade. It is not prudent for a businessman to upgrade his/her building without knowing what will be the conditions during adverse conditions. Why further invest in a place where there is no assurance that flooding will not occur?

Band aid solution and cosmetic upgrade won’t do it just like what they did with roads with drainage system that flows to nowhere and the catch basins are set higher than the surrounding area.
