The proof is in the meat processed for human consumption. With Pinoys’ penchant in … double jeopardy … would it be guaranteed, that the meat sold, is free from adultery free from dilution like the meat of a dead carabao just resurrected from its grave.
Or, a sick carabao wobbling on its legs.
If corruption, is rampant in form and substance in all government departments, from the LTO to the Register of Deeds, why will it not happen in Mangaldan?
It was known, was observed the … meat inspector … any meat inspector, whose meager earnings couldn’t make ends meet, will succumbed to the glare of bribery flashing in his face.
