After confirmation as the new Big Kahuna of Binmaley, elected Mayor Samuel Rosario went directly to the “municipio” to check what he’s got on hand upon his return.
What he found almost made him fell on his back (abalintoag laoari ed beneg to) upon discovery the … kamalir … is barren of bare necessities – vandalized by the previous administration likened to the ransacking of Rome.
THE MAN WHO CAME IN FROM THE COLD . . .
It was a tragedy, that happened to Binmaley, when the gullible people of this town elected an unknown entity … Lorenzo “Enzo” Cerezo … on the promise of change, a promise he made how things will work under his watch.
With twenty ($20M)million dollars in lottery money to back him up, he hoodwinked Binmaleyans, to swallow the whole crap … hook, line and sinker, on the presumption corruption will be eradicated, which many believed flourished during Sammy Rosario’s gung-ho administration.
However, with Enzo’s incompetence and brainless knowledge in administration, the town went to the dogs, and the office of the mayor, was transferred into the hands of the town administrator, which turned out there were other three conspirators involved in the cutting of the cake.
In a medium town like Binmaley, it was mind-boggling to see four (4) “mayors” excluding Enzo, running wild like foxes inside the chicken coop.
Now, that the “kamalir” is devoid of money to run Binmaley’s affairs, it’s all Enzo’s fault being a complete … doofus … he is, ___ a Mayor Lorenzo Cerezo when he got in … an ex-Mayor Lorenzo ZEROzo, when he left empty handed.
THE POLITICAL WATERLOO . . .
Enzo ZEROzo – is not coming back. Nobody will see the whites of his eyes again. His perception of himself being of short stature like a Napoleon, of a raucous return from a debacle, is a dream in a moonless night. He’s done for keeps!
