To the editor: If I have been misinformed blame ABS/CBN Channel 37. They reported the rebuilding of the illegal fishponds a day or two after the official election results were announced. If I was misinformed, so be it.

On the other hand if the structures are not illegal fishponds what are they? Your paper helped elect Her Highness so I can expect that there may be a cover-up if there is one.

A newspaper’s duty is to inform the public no matter the consequences. Loyalty to a cause or party stops when the rights of the public are being trampled on.
