NO EVIDENCE/NO CRIME despite the presence of a cold corpse. The police people did their job, the suspect/s were apprehended, questioned, interrogated, jailed and charged.
The prosecutor/s are considered the gatekeepers in our justice system. They only need to find prima facie evidence or probable cause upon submission of evidence.
In this case, the prosecutor/s behaved like a one eyed Jack, they refuse to see what is obvious, like an ostrich burying his head under the sand and refused to see things around.
Evidence is like looking through a peephole in the doorknob, the girl might look beautiful, upon closer look, butas-butas pala ang mukha o maganda lang dahil mapula ang ilaw sa gabi, parang sa beerhouse.
Similar e2 sa Gerry Ortega case. Dapat magkaroon ng kaso para mapatunayan kung may pananagutan o wala. Everybody will be given chance to clear their names, crossed examined.
Ano ba ang tinatago nila bakit ayaw buksan ang Pandora’s box. Malinaw ang sabwatan d2, clear as day! Kung mataas ang iyong tungkulin, mayaman, mainfluencia, halos di ka nila magalaw. Samantalang kung ikaw ay mahirap, mangmang at walang kapangyarihan, madali ka nilang idiin.
