Why did the Provincial Board authorize Board Member Alfonso C Bince Jr to draft a recommendation for the suspension of Urbiztondo Mayor Ernesto Balolong Jr when the August 15, 2012 suspension imposed by the PB was overturned by Malacanang on October 2, 2012?

Why did Bince proceed to make the draft when suspension of any elected government official is prohibited by law five months before election?

There is more than meets the eye in this instant case.

Bince made his point clear when he resigned his post as chairman of the Blue Ribbon Committee. Tearing his 12-page draft of recommendation is aimed at getting even with his colleagues who seem to be indifferent with his move.

A seasoned politician, Bince treats friends like brothers but a menacing bull when double-crossed.

Expect more to come.
