Regarding the Editors assertion that Mayor Lim left for the US to evade questions after a one-line denial. It could be that the Mayor went to the US doing the business of being a mayor, trying to bring more businesses and prosperity to Dagupan.
By the way didn’t Belen Fernandez just returned from the US. What was Her Highness Belen doing in the US? What was she hiding from or was she cooking up a November surprise?
