Pepingbonuan, what I cited is what is in the Philippine tax codes and the Constitution of the Philippines. No matter what the issue there will always be activist judges, especially if political contributions are involved, who will go against the national laws if it fits into their agenda. The Philippines recently kicked out a Supreme Court justice because he thought he was above the law.
