Again the church and Her Highness, Vice Mayor Fernandez, are on the wrong side of the debate on the RH bill. The church because members of the clergy do not have the responsibility of feeding, clothing and educating their children and also Mayor Fernandez, with her millions, can provide for the members of her own family.
If the Vice Mayor is truly an advocate against the Reproductive Health Bill let her feed all the children that are conceived because the parents were denied birth control pills or condoms. Just how deep would her Highness’ purse be if she was required to feed the starving children of the indigenous poor population.
It is the responsibility of the parents to care for their offsprings. I find it reprehensible for The Church, and Mayor Fernandez, to advocate the birth of children whose parents cannot afford them.
Again, if The Church and Vice Mayor Fernandez are against the use of artificial contraception let them care for the unwanted children brought into this world because the parents were denied the use of artificial birth controls.
