Finally the more rational members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod are beginning to see the power grab that Her Highness Belen’s quest for power.

Her Highness is not interested in unity or reconciliation. Her Highness is only interested in Belen Fernandez, not the Sangguniang Panlungsod, not Dagupan and the welfare of its citizen and not the business’ in the city. Only the Great One, Belen Fernandez.
